Tonight Oprah’s Lifeclass makes its debut on OWN!
Each of the over 1million classmates will view the show on OWN at 8pm eastern/7pm central. Oprah has chosen 25 of her best life lessons and each day she will pose a question intended to get you thinking about your own life. The goal, she says, “is to get you to become the fullest, highest expression of your life.”
After the show, at 8pm central, join other participants in the interactive discussion on oprah.com or on Oprah’s Facebook page. If you’re on the west coast you will catch the discussion at 6pm and the show at 8pm pacific.
The first 10 minutes of every episode this premiere week will be simulcast online at Oprah.com where you will also find exclusive videos, quizzes, and advice.
Tonight’s first lesson is on The False Power of Ego. She will discuss one of her biggest regrets. She revealed this during her last season and goes more in depth in the Lifeclass. Oprah then shares with you advice on how to overcome the ego!
This one is going to be difficult for me! My ego might get in the way of my learning this lesson! LOL! AARGH!
