So, I’m about to start this fitness plan AGAIN! LOL! I started in October 2009 when I was told by my doctor that I was 199 lbs. That was basically 200 pounds to me! And when I tell you I felt like Sasha Fierce, I REALLY DID!
I originally lost 19 pounds in about 4 months. And went up and down between 176-180 since then. I played around with TurboFire, jogging, and the elliptical machine for the last year.
One of my biggest challenges is that I’m working against my PCOS (Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome) that hinders fertility and weight loss. The syndrome basically stops my body from producing a few necessary horomones and breaking down sugar and carbs. I am starting this now since it is the two year anniversary of my 199lb weigh in. I will begin to use Metformin to control the PCOS’s advserse effects on my health, eat right, and WORK OUT HARD to get to my goal of 137lbs.
Mind you, I am a “sista” and I refuse to be skinny and lose ALL of my JIGGLE! LOL! But I’d like to be as sexy on the outside as I am on the inside!
